Some moron proposed a "do-not-spam" registry where email addresses can be listed just like the "do-not-call" registry. 
Well... let me see... I can easily register, oh say... 999,999,999,999,999,999,999,999,999,999,999,999,999 addresses myself. (I mean that quite literally, and I'm being CONSERVATIVE.) What do you think spammers will do? Hmmm... Can we say...
