    Posted: 26 March 2007 at 3:42am

Hi all,

I have a single user who is unable to get a new password. Attempts result in:

--------------------------------
Error
The email address entered does not match the one listed for that username.

Please try again.
--------------------------------

I've tried changing the username, changing the email address, copying the values directly from the database to the 'Forgotten Password' form but nothing has worked.

This function works for other accounts. I would prefer to not have to make the user create a new account.

What should I try next?

Ok, I've had to create another account for this user.

In which tables do I need to update the Author_ID to tie her back to all her posts/PMs/etc?

S'ok, figured it out...

SSE05 has a 'show dependencies' function in tables view.
