It is done automatically however on slower systems, particularly Access the database doesn't update in time before the recsync occurs. A delay has been built in but even that doesn't always work.

I am using the latest version with sql 2005 on a pretty fast server. But it doesn't seem to happen automatically. Confused

Agree - in our case, we moderators need unlimited messages, there's only 6 of us, and we get SO MANY PMs it is difficult to keep things trimmed, while we find we need to limit the member PMs as some folks have no house-keeping abilities at all (I suspect their front room also looks like the county landfill)
So if it could be set by group, or at least moderator group, etc.

Version 10 already has a new option added that you can set the default to delete the oldest PM if the inbox is full.

This way you don't need to keep clearing out your PM inbox and will still receive the PM, and at the same time still retain the limits so your database doesn't get over full with old PM's.

Another suggestion (unless there's something for it already) would be an option to allow certain members to have bigger signitures and avatars than others.

Yes but that way the admins/mods can lose PM's which are useful or need to be preserved for reference.
