Valid words rejected by Spam filter

Hi
 
I have a 10.3 website where I am getting reports of regular words being rejected as spam. For example I tried to send myself a private PM (although the person reporting it said it happened on PM to others and on website) where the words suggest and suggestion were rejected.
 
My spam list is as follows
 

HandbagsRequire Approval

PharmacyReject

ReplicaReject

RolexReject

SneakersReject

UggReject

WatchersRequire Approval
 
 
My PM was
 
Header = Test for spam
Content = What I would like to suggest as a suggestion is that this should work
 
Received

The word ugg is being found in suggest .

To fix the issue so that only the word ugg is found on it's own and not part of the word you need to use Regular Expressions.

Change the word 'ugg' in youyr spam filter to \bugg\b 

This will then find only the word ugg on it's own and not in part of a word.
