Moderators to edit members profile

	Having searched through this forum (eg., 1, 2, 3) it appears that moderators should be able to access other members' profiles and change user groups, active/not active status, etc. However, the Mods on my site cannot do this. When clicking on a member's profile they do not see the 'Edit this members forum settings' button that an admin does. I would like Mods to be able to change the level/rank of a user so that they can ban/suspend them when I am not around (I have a banned member rank).

	Modertors can do so, as long as they click from a forum they are a mod in

	I have been playing with the settings today and my test mod. It appears it only allows a mod to edit the member's settings when their group is assigned as a forum moderator (to any forum) - not just them. Edited by AlexDP - 23 January 2006 at 4:57pm
