You also need to have email notification enabled.

Hmmmm, similar problems here.  Is there any way to find out which address is causing the error to be thrown?

I was able to fix my issue with the instructions on the following post:

Now, my current problem is that Comcast e-mail addresses are being formatted improperly.

For example: 
JoeSchmo@Comcast.net is being turned into JoeSchmo@comca&#115;t.net
